SHIPPING & RETURNS

You may return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund but a restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all orders under $500. We encourage our customers to ask all questions before purchasing so there is no buyer’s remorse.

All custom/refinishing orders are not applicable for returns as they are made for customer’s specifications.

Any damaged on arrival (DOA) must be notified to Monaco Motorworks within 14 days of delivery to ensure the delivery carrier is notified to open a damaged/missing package

There will be no type of returns, exchanges, credits issued if the item in question is modified of any sort. This will void all warranty of any type from Monaco Motorworks

Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order but larger or custom items may take longer. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
