SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

At Monaco Motorworks, we strive to provide accurate product information, dependable service, and quality automotive products. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, lead times, and other relevant information before placing an order.

By placing an order with Monaco Motorworks, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without a cancellation fee, provided the order has not already been shipped or entered into custom production or refinishing.

Customer-requested cancellations made more than 24 hours after the order was placed will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover payment processing fees, administrative and order-processing costs, and any shipping, handling, or fulfillment expenses that may have already been incurred.

The 10% cancellation fee applies when the cancellation is requested by the customer and is not the result of an error by Monaco Motorworks or our inability to fulfill the order.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return policy below.

Custom, special-order, refinished, made-to-order, or otherwise customer-specific products may not be canceled once production, modification, refinishing, or special-order processing has begun.

RETURNS

Eligible products may be returned if they are new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

• Orders under $500: 20% restocking fee

• Orders of $500 or more: 50% restocking fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is the result of an error by Monaco Motorworks, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us with any questions regarding fitment, specifications, condition, finish, or product compatibility before purchasing.

CUSTOM, SPECIAL-ORDER & REFINISHED PRODUCTS

All custom, special-order, refinished, made-to-order, or customer-specific products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes products ordered, manufactured, modified, painted, refinished, configured, or otherwise prepared according to a customer’s requested specifications.

Please verify all specifications and selections carefully before submitting a custom or special order.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Any product that arrives damaged, or any shipment containing missing or incorrect items, must be reported to Monaco Motorworks within 14 days of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping materials, labels, and the product itself while the claim is being reviewed. Photographs or other documentation of the product, packaging, and shipping damage may be required to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

Failure to report shipping damage or missing items within the required timeframe may affect our ability to submit or resolve a carrier claim.

MODIFIED OR INSTALLED PRODUCTS

Products that have been installed, modified, altered, painted, refinished, disassembled, damaged through installation, or otherwise changed from the condition in which they were received are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Modification of a product may also void any applicable Monaco Motorworks warranty.

Customers are responsible for inspecting and verifying the product, including fitment and condition, before installation or modification.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Do not ship a return to Monaco Motorworks without first contacting us.

To request a return, please Contact Us and provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If the return is approved, Monaco Motorworks will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Receiving a return authorization does not guarantee a refund. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Applicable restocking fees, cancellation fees, shipping charges, return shipping costs, or other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

SHIPPING

Monaco Motorworks can ship to many domestic and international destinations. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for shipment to all locations.

Most in-stock products are typically shipped within 1 business day after the order is received. Larger products, custom products, refinished products, special-order items, and other products requiring additional preparation may require additional processing time.

Any shipping or delivery estimate provided at checkout or when an order is placed is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping rates may be calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, shipping method, and carrier requirements. Where applicable, shipment weights may be rounded according to the policies of the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for verifying that products can legally be imported into their destination country.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Delays caused by customs processing or other governmental authorities are outside the control of Monaco Motorworks.

Automotive products can have vehicle-specific fitment requirements and other important specifications. If you are uncertain about compatibility, finish, sizing, specifications, or any other product detail, please contact Monaco Motorworks before placing your order.

We are happy to help clarify product information before purchase and strongly encourage customers to resolve any questions before ordering.
